No — never. HedgyTrade is an analyst, not a broker. It does not connect to brokerage accounts, place orders, or manage money. Its answers are informational and educational, not investment advice.
By design. When a live reading doesn't exist (market closed, feed gap, thin options chain), HedgyTrade tells you plainly instead of inventing a number. An honest "no reading" is a feature, not a bug.
Chat turns consume credits based on the AI model you choose — bigger models cost more per turn. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable except as required by law or App Store policy, and can't be withdrawn or transferred.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes your profile and conversation history, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, or audit purposes. You can also email us at the address above.
